Patients Forum

Our next patient forum will be held on Wednesday 13th January at 09.30.  The purpose of this forum will be to assess feedback received from November/December surveys.

We are currently seeking new members to join our Patients Forum.

The forum meet bi annually in April and October.  In the future we aim to have our October meeting in the morning at 09.30  and our April meeting in the evening at 18.30.  Having bi annual meetings will allow greater opportunity for community involvement.

Forum members support the practice communicate with its patients, provide feedback on performance and hold an overview of practice activity, achievements, complaints and future development.

Forum members also have a role in supporting and promoting the service.

Our aim is to have forum members who represent the diversity of the community we parctice in.

If you would like to find out more or attend a forum session or become a permanent member of the forum please ask for details at reception or complete our on line form and submit to a member of our reception team.

Alternatively if you would like further information and would like to speak with me direct our reception staff will arrange an appointment.
